bikeIT Networking events on two wheels – What it’s all about
Meet interesting people
This event is unlike anything else; you get to meet people not only in the same industry but also in different ones, connected by the same hobbies: cycling, mountain biking and trails in the deep forest.
Find inspiration and fresh ideas
Learn from the experience and the mistakes of the other participants, share your knowledge and seek for new ideas and inspiration; everything in a relaxing environment, while practising your favourite hobby.
Broaden your horizon. Get away from your work routine, meet people with similar challenges and find the perspectives you need. Diverge and converge new ideas.
Enjoy a beautiful mountain bike trail
We are preparing a unique trail right through the middle of a peculiar landscape, with an appropriate difficulty level for all participants, according to their skills.
Make friends, find partners, build collaboration
bikeIT it’s about bringing in the same place high-quality professionals and building valuable relationships while spending a great time together.
And there is more
We are trying to get the most out of this event, and we have more plans in progress right now, like wine tasting, cigars, and storytelling.
bikeIT Events want to connect like-minded people to network and further their goals
We think that an excellent way to progress is to be in the company of the people who already have been there and done that. Thus, learning directly from peers is a fast knowledge route full of opportunities on the way.
By strict definition, professional networking is the process of developing and activating your relationships to increase your business, enhance your knowledge and expand your sphere of influence. Furthermore, networking creates a community where people meet to share their experience of the entrepreneurial life, to get to know themselves, to create value and to recommend. Our main goal is to encompass all of the above in a less formal way.
Through bikeIT Events, we want to create a group of high-quality people
More precisely, professionals in any given field who are familiar with leadership, management, growth, high-performance, innovation or start-ups but also share the pleasure of cycling.
Informal networking, more involvement
We are convinced that many of us are tired of meeting in closed, official spaces. People network more informally on a bike ride than if it is something that is forced upon. We can chatter while huffing and puffing up a hill, or afterwards over a glass of wine, beer or bourbon. After all, a comfortable environment makes us less introverted and more talkative.
“A bikeIT event is not a race. It’s about getting on top of the hill together, building new relationships and enjoying the journey. We create the context for our participants to adopt an active lifestyle and to do informal networking with top professionals, managers, executives and business owners.”
The bikeIT events have no imposed discussion topics for networking
We may as well talk about our work, the problems we daily encounter, the fear of new ventures, how hard is to find the right employee/employer but also about any other subjects as personal you would feel.
BIKEIT EVENTS RESPECTS THE PRIVACY OF THE ONES WHO ARE WILLING TO JOIN US, THIS MEANING THAT YOUR IDENTITIES AND PHOTOS ARE ONLY MADE PUBLIC WITH YOUR WRITTEN AGREEMENT.
